If you wish to add a photograph to your advert the first thing you will need to do is take a photograph of your vehicle. The easiest way to do this is to use a digital camera, if you havn't got one you could try borrowing one from a friend.
When taking a picture of your vehicle it is always worth taking more than one picture (with a digital camera it costs no more to take 10 pics as it does to take 1). Take a few pictures of a front view of your vehicle a few of the rear and a few of the inside, that way you can choose the best one from each view.
Once you have your pictures you need to transfer them from your camera onto your computer, But before you transfer your pictures to your computer,Go to your computer and create a new Folder inside the 'My Pictures' Folder on your computer and name it 'My Taxi Pics'. Now you can transfer your pictures, if the camera you used was your own I am assuming you already know how to do this. If you borrowed the camera it might be worth asking your friend to show you how to do this, you will need the USB cable that came with the camera and the software disc which will also have come with the camera and then follow their instructions. Transfer your pictures to the new Folder you have just created 'My Taxi Pics' at this point it is a good idea (if you have not already done so to give your individual pictures names (ie: Main pic, Rear Pic,Inside Pic, or just; Pic1,Pic2,Pic3) This will ensure that you will be able to find them easily and you will know what each picture is.
That’s step 1 complete, you now have your pictures inside a Folder named 'My Taxi Pics' on your computer

Once you have your pictures stored in a folder on your computer you can now follow the instructions below and attach your photographs to the submission form.

 Step2 Attaching your pictures to the submission form

Click on the button marked 'Browse'on the form: See image below

This will open a separate window (Box) marked 'File Upload'(This now allows you to look for the Folder containing your Taxi pictures) In this window you will see something like the image below. We know the folder we want 'My Taxi Pics' is inside another folder called 'My Pictures' and this folder is usually inside another folder called 'My Documents'
(which is usually shown in the File upload box as soon as it opens) See image below

You should be able to see the Folder named 'My Documents' if you can, highlight the folder by moving your pointer on to it and left click once on your mouse button, the name 'My Documents' will now turn blue, Now click on the button marked 'OPEN' this will now open the 'My Documents' Folder, you will now see another list of folders, look for the Folder named 'My Pictures', highlight this Folder by doing the same as before, point, left click mouse, click open button. You should now be able to see the Folder you want 'My Taxi Pics' you open this folder the same way you opened the other folders, point, left click mouse, click open button. Now you will see your picture FILES. If you have named them you will see the Files named 'Main Pic, Rear Pic, Inside Pic' (or whatever you called them).See image below

If you are only going to use one picture decide which one you wish to use in your advert, Now highlight it as we did before with the folders move your pointer over it, left click the mouse button once, the name of your picture file will now drop down into the name bar at the bottom of the box, next to the button marked open, Now click on the OPEN button, the browse box you have been using to find your picture files will now disappear and the path and name of your picture file will now appear in the box on the form next to the browse button. Your photograph is now attached to the form containing your details when you click on the submit button on the form your details with your photograph will be sent to us.
If you wish to send more than one photograph just repeat the steps detailed above, you can include up to three photographs.    See image below
